Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives in the assigned geography for the portfolio as determined by the territory opportunity
  • Develop strategically targeted account‐specific business plans that reflect an in‐depth understanding of local market forces
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of key brands to drive P&T adoption for appropriate patients
  • Leverage relationships to drive pull‐through within key hospitals/health systems including point of care stocking, CPOE/EMR, and protocol/order set development
  • Identify and develop key KOL relationships in coordination with medical and marketing
  • Leverage key tactics and resources (P2P programming, lunch‐n‐learns, local conferences) to drive brand awareness and adoption
  • Coordinate with cross‐functional teams to develop long‐term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the marketplace
  • Create, build, and maintain relationships with key hospital decision makers, pharmacy directors, and relevant health care providers to effectively drive the adoption of the brands for appropriate patients
  • Understand national and local reimbursement policies for the assigned region
  • Effectively manage time, resources, and workload
  • Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills to drive territory performance
  • Leverage strong analytical business acumen to ensure the appropriate focus and resources are directed to key hospitals/health systems
  • Compliance with all Eagle, state, and federal policies and procedures including timely and accurate SFA, expense reporting, and other required documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales, sales management, and/or account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with verifiable existing key IDN/Hospital/Health system contacts
  • Proven track record for delivering consistent and strong sales results
  • Experience with complex hospital sales including multiple departments, preferably in acute care and/or anesthesia
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‐oriented, cross‐functional environment while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to develop and cultivate strong professional relationships
  • Knowledge and experience of legal and compliance framework related to the pharma/biotech industries

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
